1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using EduCore ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

EduCore provides an AI-powered school management platform designed for educational institutions in Ghana. The Service includes student management, academic tracking, financial management, communication tools, and various AI-powered features to enhance educational administration.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payment

Some features of EduCore require a paid subscription. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the subscription fees indicated for that service. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

• Free trial periods are for new customers only
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
• You can cancel your subscription at any time

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting student data and maintaining compliance with applicable data protection laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EduCore and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you upload to EduCore. We claim no ownership over your school's data. You can export your data at any time through the platform's export features.

9. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may perform maintenance that could temporarily make the Service unavailable.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduCore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EduCore from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees, arising out of your use or misuse of the Service.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
